pendleton style ripped once again

didn't make me laugh either. the artstyle was pretty much taken directly from pendleton (regular show, finn and jake), and i simply didn't find it to be a valuable waste of my time.

funny, but not deservving of a 4.3

maybe a 4.2.... anyway, it was pretty good

plot made no sense

but the animation was stunning.

to be honest, the writing was simply broken. the fire boy seemed to really care too much about another being he had just met, and there was no explanation about where they emerged from, why they liked eachother, why the towers were emerging, and why he turned human.

this made no sense, but it was pretty. good job for making the movie avatar once again.

twas good

but the pacing of the last 2 minutes was terrible. the jokes came out from nowhere, and there was no time to let the jokes set themselves up. they just rapidly went from "navu joke" to "navi joke" after dark link.

this is simply not your best writing jerry...

oh, and the ending was kind of tacked on, and it makes it seem like saying "fuck" is a punchline. test your jokes before you implement them ;)

the animation was stupendous though. kudos

but i liked the nyan cat thing for some reason, though i hate you now for making that joke.

you did do a pretty good job though, and i commend you for it. now piss off and go make the actual series, and make it funny.

1 potential laughter point

and that was based on its level of dumb disjointedness. the only joke that somewhat worked was the rampage where he acted like stamper. the rest was well animated, but without the self awareness of being stupid. ending it with a brawl joke 3 years old is just plain lazy and sickeningly unfunny. it was the potential reason for this getting a 1/10 from me.

anyway, great job on the animation and basic social commentary, or as close as social matters can come to newgrounds. i did enjoy it. next time, make the metaphor subtle rather than saying it slow so all the youngsters understand the joke.
