It's not much of a joke, but The intended story is that the fairies are tricking the person into signing a contract.

But when signed, the contract ends up turning the person into a frog.

huh? Are you asking about the star background and gem texture? Because those from ibis Paint x and are meant for artists to use.

there's no background. there's nothing there to make the scene interesting. decent coloring and shading, but this feels forced and choreful rather than artistic.
