for an an early animation, the effort, the idea, and the pacing fit pretty well. you did a good job, but you should focus on some experimenting with your style, your concepts, and developing a better sense of visual motion.

i do enjoy seeing new animators put in effort like this, and you did a great job in that light!

when you write something, make sure its not entirely awful and grating.

despite a core odd ending that is pretty open and shut but at the same time is very confusing, i really enjoyed these concepts you threw our way. the timing, the emotion, the designs are all stupendous, though i reaaaallly thought the whole extended fantasy was a little odd, just replacing her face and not the entire woman in his paradise dream, though either outcome was fairly easy to see coming.

spoilers:

its a story about getting everything but only wanting the simple pleasure of a love you had all along. its a very old plot and a very well done one, with great voice acting, cinematic cues, and some of the most oddly minimal yet realistic human animation i've seen in a long time. its the reason why i complain to psychicpebble, and the reason i hate talentless, effortless parodies. this can be accomplished by anyone with writing talent and tenacity to make their vision come to life. i also have to acknowlege the whole "race is class" subject, because i've never seen something so in your face about the social struggle being transformed into something as simple as "love what you have, because paradise is empty without it".

bravo team. bravo.

the music also works wonderfully with the subjects. so i do think this is your best work so far!

despite the passable art direction, the pacing, the premise, and the subject matter was so pointless and frivelous, that i did not smile once. the comedy was forced, the jokes were either tacked on or forced, such as the screaming, the floating eye, the kissing, the burning house, it was all contrived and a mess of awkward shading and awkward dialogue.

when a character does something in a game, yelling "dick' or "fuck" over it doesn't make it funny. it makes it unconventional cursing. making fun of the way it happens could work if it was done with better timing, and more solid acting around it, but sadly that wasn't here.

i wish i could give you more than this for the effort, i really do, but i cant. this needed better quality in the audio department, the shading direction, the humor, and most of all the passion towards this. and that leads me to the final, and most glaring problem: this was passionless.

it felt like you did not care at all about this, and it shows. it shows through the pacing and how forced everything felt.

please, make something that isn't just made to try and become a viral video.

dammit man your ever impressing me, though the entire premise of just a guy robbing a place because he was drunk was a tad stale, and really bore no weight, though the actual concept and the animation telling a tale completely in reverse is brilliant. gotta say i love your presentation here =)
