well the animation is smooth, but its too short, the audio doesn't stop, the use of pivot is not really the way to appeal o the flash crowd. i'm sorry, but this isn't very good in that light.

Lympha responds:

Well, I'm trying to fully master Pivot, before I hop over to Flash.

i enjoyed it. it wasn't very special, but it was humble, simple, and very soft. i rather thought it was good for what it was.

fnrevolution responds:

im glad you enjoyed it

though i wasn't a big contra guy, i really enjoyed the amount of attention you payed to the character designs, the animation, the pacing, and the simple joke. its not my kind of writing, but the animation is beautiful.

when i pressed the play button, i told myself "this isn't even worth it", and when it was over, i said "that wasn't even worth it".

they beat a dragon for some reason, they jump into a hole for some reason, and they get diamonds for it i guess. thats it.

when you write and direct a series, give the actions and characters purpose beyond fulfilling a poorly written joke. your a rather decent animator, and you care enough to make these long, but you have never written in an actual purpose or weight to anything the characters do or say. if you want to make something "epic" you require an actual situation that instills a side for the opposing forces, and a reason why they are "bad". this was a watered down, pointless mess of awkward, bland, 2 dimensional characters, with decent animation.

you can definitely use your animating skills toward something much more solid.

congratss! you inspired me to start on my own papermation. your always a favorite of mine vark

SpamClamberton responds:

Thanks mang

possibly the worst voice acting i have ever heard, and the concept is not funny. the animation is pretty good, and the joke tried its hardest, but i simply cannot overlook the fact that its pacing, and the "false alarm" leading to a dramatic and "unexpected" conclusion has been done so many times on NG its sickening.

try just animating something without written jokes of dialogue. it would be far better

if the ad revenue is not 100% headed to cancer research, i will burn your house down.

edd meant alot to all of us, even the people who werent inspired or even fans. we knew who he was. we'd watch his things, we'd have a laugh and recall his works. he was a part of a lot of lives.

Yusuf responds:

trust me, it is

took so fucking long, but its finally out and in the public. we all did great, and every one of us showed such artistic talent in such a constricted timeframe, and not one of us slacked (ok, mark did, but i digress lol).

this was ridiculously fun to make, and i hope we can do this again one day =D

Emrox responds:

Aye, let's give it another go sometime.

again, for what it is, both premise and excecutionwise, its great. though your artstyle ISNT conventional, the way you kept it consistent and well-paced put a smile on my face.

brae, this is your finest writing to date =)

SnowyBangers responds:

finest of finest so far ;)

i still highly question your integrity jonbro. nothing about this ripoff of half life: full life consequences is even slightly impressive to me. the animation is subpar, the pacing is odd, the plot, characters, premise, "satire", the bland voice acting, and visual design are all completely unoriginal. you are definitely more capable than shameless game parodyship, thats why this is so dissappointing.

i hope this review clears up what i'm trying to get across to you. please dont be guilty for what jason, khawner, and i were guilty of all those years ago. do something that takes actual creative effort, because i know you have the talent to present it.

JonBro responds:

This is a question of integrity? Is originality the only thing that makes a movie good? Is every project a person works on suddenly crap because that person set some high standards?

This movie wasn't meant to be a masterpiece, but it still took time and planning to make, and it still WAS a legitimate creative effort because of the liberties it allowed. Maybe if your little Sprite-A-Day group put some real time, planning, and effort into their movies before they released them onto this site, they wouldn't have caused such hate-filled controversy.

i'm horsen. i make cartoons, music, art, and mischief on the net. get down you funky clowns.
