Ok so,you need to create a waterbolt,its that simple.

So go to your flash program,then create new,after that,out the the width and height 32.Then do whatsoever you would like to do.Then,create a waterbolt,after that,do another frame,have the waterbolt animating.Once done,when you create about 5 frames of the waterbolt,save the 5 frames of the waterbolt to my email.Then,i will put the frames to the frame holder and have it animate,it will show a animating waterbolt,then i programe it to hit enemies,and casted from the character casting it.Simple enough?
