Personally I think small dinky spam projects clutter up a profile.
After you have too many of them, people stop caring to sift through them to find your submissions that actually have some quality to them

Well, I think people are exaggerating the whole situation. Yeah, so you're making sprite flashes. Oh no! Yes, I agree it's just ripping graphics, but nobody gets actually harmed out of it. What people think is retarded is the fact that these are getting awards, but you gotta think, what are these awards? They're immaginary badges for recognission in a place that doesn't even take space in real world, it's just the internet. 90% hate it and 1% (which I believe is just me) prefer not to watch it, but if there's 9% of people who enjoy iy, then I think it's OK. I sincerely rated it a 2, because I think it doesn't deserve a score higher than that, but am overrated movie is no reason to hate the author. Or at least I think so.
