20 seconds in: nothing but the same loop.

50:obnoxious 4/4 sounds that just repeat over and over again

1 minute and 30 in: jesus... those sounds are beyond obnoxious and pointless.

2 minutes: same

and it remains annoying the entire time. its the same thing over and over again without any sense of progression. its the same patterns and empty sound. at least you added some harmony later on, but then... back to annoying sounds and 4/4 drum beat with "ANDROID" repeated every 8 measures.

this is just another annoying dubstep. its nothing special, and is nothing worth hearing honestly. you should commit to writing something that separates you from other people. this was a waste of time, and didn't bring anything to the table. at least it wasn't mixed terribly, and it sounded as quality as any other dubstep song.

a very static song. its still. it goes nowhere for nearly a minute. its decent for a running loop i guess, but its literally just 1 repeated note for the melody. there's no chord progression, no rhyme or reason for the song as a whole.

i just cant defend this one man.

very dreamtheater esque without the drums or coordination in the keyboard. i do like your powerful guitarwork in this, and i wouldn't mind supplying some prog vocals to it if you'd permit me ^^

dammit this is good stuff

its a very bright piece that doesn't rely on bass (being the interlude in a tragic piece). i really enjoy your writing style, and i definitely enjoyed this piece

sounds like the intro to moulin rouge

too many unsure bends

the atmosphere around it is nice, and it mixes dance with a nice ancient japanese vibe, much like an okami temple, but... the bends in the lead instrument is offputting... and being the star lead in the song is a sort of poor choice.

the general chord progression is nice, and i really like the atmosphere as i said earlier, but its at its best without percussion. its something that this song didn't need.

overall, nice submission with interesting design choices

Why is it a poor choice? I had mainly been using it as a guitar sound, using the bends as a way to make it sound more realistic, as if someone were actually changing the note in real time. If someone were actually going to play a guitar, it would have slight pitch bends in it from natural playing, which is what I tried to somewhat mimic.

I'd have to disagree there. I personally like the percussion, it made the mood be more lively. I will take into consideration the possibility of taking out percussion, and might upload a version without the percussion so people can make comparisons. I may also try making a song without any percussion whatsoever.
