- only good parts will be accepted (obviously judged by the organizers)

Oh, god. Not another sprite collaboration consisting of a series of unfunny "shorts" that last somewhere between 30-60 seconds because the animators are too damn lazy to make their own full movies.
Seriously, man. Either stop using the fucking sprites or come up with something new and original that you can do with sprites.
No more of this "sprite shorts" bullshit. Either learn to draw, or at least learn to be original with sprites.
At the VERY least, change the required frame rate to 27-30. It looks much better and really doesn't make it harder to animate. You could be real manly and crank it up to 120 if you wanted. All it means is longer frames, that's all.
